Our administrative team along with a team of translators from across the country of Romania have worked together to offer Third Millennium's one year Christian Ministry Certificate program in conjunction with Birmingham Theological Seminary. This Certificate is available to anyone living outside of the USA upon successful completion of all required elements. We completed this program by the end of 2018. ​​​Our goal is to provide Christian education for pastors and church leaders around the world that lack sufficient training for ministry.
FOR THE WORLD
We meet the needs of church leaders and pastors by publishing and globally distributing a digital multimedia seminary curriculum in English, Arabic, Chinese (Mandarin), Russian and Spanish.
FOR FREE
This free curriculum is designed to be used in support of existing schools, as well as by groups and individuals. It consists of three central elements: graphic-driven videos, printed instruction and internet resources.

Meet The Team
Ray Vos
Ray has over 24 years of working in the film and television industry in New Zealand. He has owned advertising and web development companies incorporating in-house video production facilities within each. Ray has produced work for some of New Zealand's largest corporates including television commercials, product and event promotions, tourism promotions and cinema commercials.
Married with 3 children, Ray currently resides in Brasov, Romania where he works as a freelance video editor.
Derek Ebbers
Derek; husband, father, team member and leader, raised in Canada on a farm, Derek is a jack of all trades. From firefighting in Canada to janitorial tasks and counselling, his tasks help serve and resource our team toward creating a community church that serves the needs of those around us.
Derek is married to Shannon and they have 5 children. Derek has served with MTW since 2005 and as team leader since 2013.

Mark & Florența Hamilton
Florenta from Southern Romania and Mark from Nebraska, married in 2012.
Florenta and Mark began the task of managing the ThirdMill project soon after, moving to Codlea in 2012.
As project manager, Florenta coordinated a multitude of translators, editing, and verification processes, with the help of Mark as technical assistant.
